The Women’s Cancer Foundation
The Women’s Cancer Foundation was established in 1996 to raise funds for research into ovarian cancer. Over the years we have raised millions of dollars to fund researchers looking for more effective ways to treat and care for women suffering with ovarian cancer, an insidious disease that kills more than 800 Australian women each year.

Fitzroy Legal Service
Fitzroy Legal Service (FLS) is one of the oldest community legal centres in Australia, opening in 1972. FLS provides casework to clients in our catchment area and plays a significant role in the areas of law reform and community legal education, which is closely bound up with the practice of preventative law, demystification of the law, self-help and empowerment.
FLS also has a long history of running public interest cases. The experiences from the casework practice inform the law reform and community legal education activities of the organisation.
